Don't forget to bring a mask with you when you leave the house!
This measure is in place until midday next Thursday, April 15.
We need to wear our masks in all indoor spaces (except at home).
These include:
😷 Shopping centres and supermarkets
😷 Hospitals and aged care facilities
😷 Indoor workplaces (if you can’t physically distance)
😷 Public transport, taxis & rideshare + waiting places for this transport
😷 Airports and travelling on planes
Masks do not need to be worn in some circumstances (children under 12 years, where people have certain medical conditions and in workplaces where it’s not safe to do so).
You don't have to wear a mask outside when exercising unless you can't socially distance.
As always, please stay at home if you're sick and get tested immediately if you have any symptoms.

الأملاح دي بتترسب في وسط قلوي فالحل اني ادي حاجه
تغيرلي الوسط لحامضي يعني اعمل Urine acidification
باستخدام Vitacid C.
2- Calcium oxalate
بتترسب في وسط حامضي فالحل المرادي اني اعمل Urine alkalininzation
باستخدام فوارات:
Citrocid Mg plus
Epimag
Jedcomag
Xenomag
- يحتووا ع Mg citrate واللي بيعمل Urine alkalinization
- بيحصل تبادل ايونات وبتكون عندنا Mg oxalate اللي بعد كده بيدوب وجزء من ال citrate هيتحول داخل الجسم الى بيكربونات اللي هتجعل الوسط قلوي وتساعد اكتر في اذابة الترسبات.
