You can be free of your memories with scars of experience, the weight of anxiety, guilt, fear only by listening to every thought and every feeling without trying to interpret what you hear; just listen, just observe, and be attentive out of emptiness.

Then you can live in this world untouched by its ugliness, its brutality.

By whatever path you go, you will have to lose yourself in the one. Surrender is complete only when you reach the stage 'Thou art all' and `Thy will be done.

Some people don't like you cause you're exactly who you say you are. Meanwhile, they gotta pick and choose what mask they gonna wear each day.

Authentic people will tell you the truth even if it makes them look bad because they value integrity more than being liked by everyone.
