Atcon TileBond

This project is completed by Atcon Construction at Pakpatan. Atcon TileBond was used for fixing tiles on floors and wall, thus giving it a long lasting finish.

Atcon TileBond is a branch of the successful business of Atcon (Ather Construction). Atcon Tile Bond is a brand that sells tile adhesive for ceramic, marble and mosaic tiles. It uses imported chemicals from Germany to make Tile Bond. Our main goal is to have a trustworthy relationship with our customer, provide our work with the best quality; we hope to establish a good name in this industry like our construction business, Atcon.

This is the officially launched package of Atcon TileBond. We ensure that the package delivers high quality performance which guarantees long-lasting durability. At the back of the package it has easy instructions of how to apply TileBond in both Urdu and English with illustrations for better understanding. The package comes in two sizes, 20Kg and 40Kg.

Application:
Creating TileBond Mixture:
Add 4-6 liters of water to 20kg of Atcon TileBond and mix thoroughly to a thick and creamy substrate and use it as
described.
Preparation of Surface:
Before using Atcon TileBond, ensure that the surface to be covered is clean, dry and free of any foreign elements.Apply Atcon TileBond in a layer of approximately 4mm to 6mm thick to the substrate with a smooth edge of notched trowel, then pull the notched edge through the applied layer. Push and twist the tile into place so that complete adhesion is established. Tiles should be fixed before the adhesive surface dries of. Atcon TileBond should not be applied to the back of tile in conventional manner. Open bag should be used within 24 hours. For exterior surfaces, complex surfaces or when large size tiles are to be fixed, it is adhesive to substrate 10% of the mixing water with Atcon TileBond.

It is suitable to use on walls and concrete floors, light weight concrete and plaster for both exterior and interior surfaces. Atcon Tile Bond provides a durable adhesion between tile and substrate.
