Part Two - Images used in Masters Thesis

All images used in my Masters Thesis are my own artworks from elementary school to Masters.

Part One - Images used for Masters thesis
All the images of artwork are mine, cataloging some of my hand drawn art journey from Masters course to all the way to elementary school.

When I started the photography process, I selected my most cleanest art materials only and did not purchase new fancy items for photography purposes.

Didn't want to show the real side of creativity but where there is art there is mess 😂😂

This was my initial book design palette: bright, colorful and cheerful colors because I love color and was adamant on adding some color in my project😝😝

But honestly in hindsight the design was bit chaotic, no rhythm, no harmony and I struggled so hard when adding photographs because there was too much color and it drew attention away from my content and from my intended audience; which were adult art teachers, not elementary children. Thanks to Allah, my thesis Mentor: Prof. Bilal Ahmed for figuring out and pinpointing exactly why I got stuck in this phase.

Lol I might release this as alternative edition one day to my first sophisticated book version if that ever gets published. 🤩🤩🤩

After intense research I started writing the book content first and then began the book layout design. And yes it was a huge struggle with researching, writing up new and original content and its editing.

Don't know if other people design the book layout first, or do photography first, and then plan the book layout and content around those images. For me: my work process starts with written content first, then design layout and then photography.

Pro warning: you are guaranteed to lose plenty of sleep during this phase, look like a drained vampire victim and act like a rabid rabbit. Only tea will understand you, love you and remain steadfast with you🤣🤣🤣
