White Ribbon is a Pledge, never to commit, never to excuse and never to remain silent about violence against women!

White Ribbon Campaign Pakistan (WRCP) was initiated with the meaningful objective of involving men to reduce violation of women’s rights. ‘Justice can be provided by those who do injustice because they have the power to do both,’ serves as the base of the campaign. It, therefore, works with men as its stakeholders and believes that men, even in instances where they are not part of the problem, can

The foundation of a better tomorrow is laid in the conversations we have today.

True strength isn’t about dominance; it’s about empathy, emotional intelligence, and mutual respect. By mentoring young boys and teaching them these core values, we pave the way for a safer, more compassionate world for everyone.

Change doesn't start out there, it starts at home. Let’s build the future together.

For too long, society has suggested that "being a man means never showing emotion". At White Ribbon, we believe it is time to embrace the fact "Emotional intelligence is a strength that builds safer, healthier relationships".

DO YOU AGREE? Let’s start the conversation in the comments.

It is easy to forget that there is a real person on the other side of that comment notification.

The "Keyboard Warrior" mindset, typing things we’d never have the nerve to say in person has become a digital epidemic.

Before you hit 'post' on that spicy comeback or unsolicited critique, try the Family Filter.

Digital courage should be used to lift people up, not tear them down. Let’s make the comment section a little more human.

On Mother’s Day, we celebrate the women who raised us, guided us, and shaped our characters. But true celebration goes beyond a single day of gratitude, it lives in how we treat the women in our lives every day of the year.

This Mother’s Day, White Ribbon calls on all men to lead by example. Honor your mother by standing up for the dignity, safety, and equality of every woman.

A world of respect is the greatest gift we can give.

Respect is Not Optional 🚫

Public harassment isn’t just "bad behavior" it’s a serious crime with heavy consequences.

Under Pakistani law, those found guilty of harassing a woman in public face:
• Up to 3 years in prison
• A fine of PKR 500,000

Every woman deserves to reclaim the streets without fear. Whether it’s catcalling, stalking, or unwanted advances, the law is clear. Know the rules, respect boundaries, and help make our public spaces safe for everyone.

Consent is not a "one-time" agreement. 🚫📱

It’s important to know that under PECA law, the non-consensual sharing of images or videos is a felony. More importantly, consent can be withdrawn at any time. Just because someone shared something once doesn't give anyone the right to keep it or pass it on.

Respecting digital boundaries isn't just about being a good person, it’s the law.

Children don’t just listen; they absorb what they see every day.

A father who supports, values, and respects the women in his home is quietly shaping the kind of man his son will become. When a son witnesses kindness, partnership, and dignity in action, he learns that respect isn’t taught through words; it's lived through behavior.

Be the example today that your son carries into tomorrow.

Public harassment is no joke, and if you witness any such incident, it is important to intervene and play your part to protect the victim.

Your intervention can protect an innocent!

Every time someone finds the courage to speak the truth - even with a shaking voice - the cycle of violence gets one step closer to ending.
Be the person who speaks. Be the person who listens. Be the change.
👇 Tag someone who gives others the courage to speak up.

True masculinity is not about dominance; it is about creating a world where everyone feels secure. Strength is a tool for support, not a weapon for control. Let's redefine what it means to be a 'strong man' in Pakistan. It starts with respect. It starts with us.
