Under the Digital Literacy Program, in just the first 4 months of 2026, we have trained 920+ women in digital literacy and micro-business support across South Punjab and we are just getting started.
The certificate distribution ceremony at Pioneer Business School Vehari was a powerful reminder of the trust institutions place in our mission. The presence of distinguished government officials — including Additional Deputy Commissioner Mr. Ghulam Murtaza, Assistant Commissioner Ms. Anam Akram, and District Information Officer Mr. Naeem Asim — and their assurance of full support for future collaborations means the world to us.

A meaningful step from training to practice.
The TBSA 2026 Multan Cohort visited Faletti’s Hotel Multan for an immersive exposure experience designed to strengthen their understanding of professional service environments.
Through conversations with hospitality professionals, observation of customer care practices, and reflections on workplace grooming and communication, trainees gained practical insights into what it takes to serve with confidence, empathy, and excellence.
These experiences help young women connect classroom learning with real workplace expectations, preparing them to step forward as capable and confident Service Ambassadors. Thank you 's boutique Multan for the hospitality.

Today, CIRCLE Women Association x Faysal Bank TBSA 2026 kicks off simultaneously in both Karachi and Multan with our first 5-day training sessions at Faysal Bank branches in these cities.
This initiative is all about empowering young women with the skills needed to deliver exceptional customer support, build lasting trust, and contribute to a service culture that thrives on professionalism, emotional intelligence, and digital adoption.
Our approach includes:
