Goals:
Maintain strong relationships with existing and new project
Exceptional experience in chat support, call support and email support.
Experience in managing administrative tasks,
Proficient in both speaking and writing English.
Good understanding of Support Assistance.
Communicate between the technical team and clients, as well as seniors.
