Quality Control Supervisor Required

We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Supervisor to oversee and manage QC processes to ensure that our products and operations meet industry standards and internal quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily activities of the quality control.
• Assign inspection tasks and ensure quality checks are done at every stage of production.
• Enforce inspection standards and checklists.
• Monitor the quality of raw materials, in-process work, and finished goods.
• Identify defects and non-conformities and report them to the production team.
• Maintain accurate records of inspections and rejected materials or products.
• Work closely with production department to resolve quality issues.
• Ensure that all equipment and products meet durability and safety standards.
• Conduct final inspection before packaging and dispatch.

Requirements:

• Diploma or technical certificate in Mechanical, Fabrication, or a related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control, preferably in metal fabrication or kitchen equipment
• Good leadership, reporting, and communication skills
• Ability to work on the production floor and inspect hands-on
• Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward quality improvement.
