“Allah does not burden a soul beyond that it can bear.”

And seek help through patience and prayer. Indeed, it is a burden except for the humble— Al Baqarah: 45
Surah Al-Baqarah, verse 45 essentially says: "Seek help through patience (sabr) and prayer (salat), as this can be difficult for everyone except those who are truly humble before Allah."
It emphasizes that when facing challenges, relying on patience and prayer can provide strength, but this requires a sincere and humble attitude towards God.
Key points:
1. "Seek help with patience and prayer"
This is the core message, advising people to turn to patience and prayer during difficult times.
2. "Except for the humble"
Only those who truly feel small and insignificant compared to Allah will find it easy to practice patience and prayer in challenging situations.
The verse highlights the value of "khushue" (inner humility) which allows one to readily accept Allah's will and find comfort in prayer.

Translation: "You alone do we worship, and from You alone do we seek help."
(Al Fatihah )
“You…”, means, we worship You alone and none else, and rely on You alone and none else. This is the perfect form of obedience and the entire religion is implied by these two ideas. Some of the Salaf said, Al-Fatihah is the secret of the Qur’an, while these words are the secret of Al-Fatihah.
The first part is a declaration of innocence from Shirk (polytheism), while the second negates having any power or strength, displaying the recognition that all affairs are controlled by Allah alone.
