Have you ever wondered why scaling up is so challenging and being stagnant in the growth phase so easy?

Our founder and CEO Syed Naseh just led a panel discussion on "Challenges in Business Growth" as part of the five-day "Mastering the Business Life Cycle" masterclass at .karachiofficial

40+ founders in the room. Great insights from fellow panelists Furqan Qureshi and Sarah Munir, who shared their growth stories, insights, and best practices.
Thanks to Andeel Ali for moderating such an engaging discussion.

Staying comfortable is easy, no decisions, no risk. Scaling up means facing new challenges too many, too often. But here's the thing: the hardest part isn't growth itself, it's more about being proactive, finding the right and timely solutions, and having the will to expand.

We're rooting for everyone who chooses the harder but more rewarding path.

Say hello to our new full-time developer, Rameez!

He started with us as a front-end intern and now he’s officially a full-time developer. We’re happy to have him as part of the team.

Welcome, Rameez!

Exciting times at the Karachi office! We welcomed Hammad Alamgir, our CFO, who joined us from Lahore.

We also had the pleasure of hosting Muhammad Talha, a senior technology leader visiting from Stockholm. It's always wonderful to see Talha back home, a proud National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences graduate who's now making waves leading global teams from Sweden.

AI isn’t magic. It’s just really good at following instructions, only the right ones, though.

Prompting is how you talk to AI. The clearer and more specific you are, the better it helps you code, debug, and create.

Writing prompts is a part of your job now. Your keyboard is your power. Use it wisely.

🐻 Mr. TechBear will know:
Are your prompts clear enough? Could they be better?

AI is now responsible for nearly half the code written on GitHub.

GitHub says it’s not just helping, it’s improving code quality across the board.
But researchers and engineers are pushing back, where’s the proof?
Until then, one thing is clear:

Human review still matters more than ever.

Sometimes AI makes things up, like fake facts, quotes, or names, and says it with total confidence. That’s called a hallucination.

It happens when the AI doesn’t actually know the answer but still tries to be helpful by guessing.
Sounds smart, looks legit… but it’s not. 👽

Want to avoid it?
Ask for sources, stay specific in your prompts, and always double-check important info.

Even Mr. TechBear keeps his fact-checking glasses on. 🕶️

AI can write code in seconds, but it can’t think like you.

Your real strength lies in solving problems and coming up with ideas no machine could.
The future is for devs who use AI as a tool, but let their own creativity lead.

How are you keeping your edge?

🚨 BREAKING: Developers and designers caught in the act.

Security footage shows multiple violations happening right under our noses.

Review the evidence and tell us: which crime would land YOU in jail?

🐻 Back again, Mr. TechBear is here to make sense of the term orphan.

In tech, an orphan is a data entry, file, or process that’s lost its parent reference.
It’s disconnected, unlinked, and usually… forgotten.

It can be a file with no owner, a database record with no relation or a background process still running solo.

Orphans create clutter, confusion, and bugs that are hard to trace. Fewer orphans = fewer headaches and more time for actual coding.

🐻 Mr. TechBear asks:
Where do tech orphans show up in your world?

See you next week!

A rare sunny day in Stockholm and a visit from our CEO, Syed Naseh, gave us the perfect reason to step away from our desks and enjoy lunch outside together.

A perfect moment to pause, relax, and enjoy the sunshine with the team before getting back to work.
