It is submitted that Registrar Modaraba, SECP, through their letter Ref. No. SC/M/RS/Paramount/33/2025/117 dated February 18, 2025 (Received by us on February 19, 2025 at 04:01 pm) has granted approval to increase the amount of authorized Modaraba fund from Rs. 250,000,000/- (divided into 25,000,000 Modaraba Certificates of Rs. 10/- each) of the Modaraba to Rs. 400,000,000/- (divided into 40,000,000 Modaraba Certificates of Rs. 10/- each).
The Registrar Modaraba, SECP has also approved amendment in the Prospectus of the Modaraba accordingly.

With reference to our earlier letter ref. PSX-186/2024 dated 31 Jul 2024 in which it was announced that Mrs. Shahida Tanweer has been appointed as Female Director on the Board of Paramount Investment Limited (Management Company of First Paramount Modaraba) with effect from 31 Jul 2024, subject to approval of Honourable Registrar Modaraba.

In this regard, it is submitted that the Honorable Registrar Modaraba vide his letter No. SC/M/RS/PIL/25/2024/45 dated October 7, 2024 has approved her appointment.
