Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts & Office Assistant. The ideal candidate will support our finance and administrative operations, assisting in bookkeeping, tax documentation, and day-to-day office tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in daily bookkeeping (vouchers, ledgers, cash flow records)
• Support monthly income tax and sales tax filing
• Maintain records of invoices, receipts, and payment follow-ups
• Coordinate with external accountants/auditors when needed
• Help manage office supplies, filing, and document organization
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and basic correspondence

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Commerce, or related field (B.Com/BA preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in accounting/taxation or office administration
• Basic knowledge of income tax & sales tax filing processes
• Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Peachtree, or ERP)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willing to take ownership of tasks and assist where needed
