I represented my client who was complainant in FIR U/S 324 PPC for attempt to murder, and was attacked with knife, the accused applied for bail. Alhamdulillah I was fortunate to get the bail dismissed.

It is source of great proud and pleasure for me to mention that I pleaded the case of a victim of sexual abuse and the trial reached to conviction of accused for fourteen year of imprisonment and 5 lac fine.

I represented the complainant in the court of Additional Sessions Judge/ Special Judge Gender Based Violence Islamabad.
There was 11 years old boy who was subjected to sexual abuse. Initially, in these days of last year I had opposed the bail of accused and succeeded in dismissal. Same order was upheld by Islamabad High Court.
Then the trial was completed and I was fortunate enough to serve the justice to the aggrieved and get the acccused convicted. When I called my client, the complainant, (the father of child), to inform him about the conviction of accused, he was out of words to express his gratification. The phone call was full of prayers and well wishes.

In a family case, the law of evidence does not apply, therefore, it is not necessary to produce receipts of dowry articles and relevant persons as witnesses to prove the dowry articles.

پولیس کو دوبارہ تفتیش کا اختیار حاصل ہے چاہے چالان عدالت میں جمع ہو ہوچکا ہو اور عدالت نے اس پر کاروائی شروع کردی ہو -

تاہم ، اگر مقدمے کا ٹرائل مکمل ہوچکا ہو ، تو دوبارہ تفتیش یا مزید تفتیش کی اجازت نہیں ہوگی ۔

S. 7-Divorce-Husband died before completion of 90 days of divorce---Effect---Held, during the period of 90 days, if husband was alive, he would have had the option to revoke the divorce pronounced by him---Procedure provided under law required reconciliation proceedings to be initiated and only on expiry of 90 days, divorce was to become effective-On the date husband died, divorce having not become effective in terms of S.7, Muslim Family Laws Ordinance, 1961, wife committed to be his widow and was entitled to inherit his property.
