Azhar feels privileged to help his participants in discovering their uniqueness and in developing their full potential, skills, identity, passion, effectiveness, and competences. He is highly inspiring, works with conviction, unrelenting enthusiasm and with a healthy dose of shared fun and vision he creates an environment of trust where his participants open up their inner concerns and hopes, they get direction to their dreams and their horizon is broadened. Azhar has also worked with the British Council, Commonwealth Change-makers, UNDP, Y-PEER, RIU, Quaid-i-Azam University, NUST, Comsats, Pakistan Bait-ul-Mal, Plan International, IPS, Capital Development Authority, Karachi University, University of Gujrat, GCU Faisalabad, IIUI, CUST, UET Texila, HiTech University, and SOS Children Village Pakistan as a resource person. Azhar is culminating its learning and journey into an idea i.e Ideas Foundation which aims to enhance social status of orphans and marginalized children through training sessions, equipping children with life based skilled education, arts, music, literature, and ports. Azhar has expertise in training designing, planning, session’s delivery, public speaking, youth activism.
