Craving something rich, fudgy, and super easy to make this Eid?

These brownies are my go-to recipe — perfectly crackly on top, gooey inside, and absolutely melt-in-your-mouth! 🤎

🍫 Ingredients:

• ½ cup melted butter
• 1 cup sugar
• 2 eggs (room temp)
• 1 tsp vanilla essence
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• ⅓ cup cocoa powder
• Pinch of salt

👩‍🍳 Method:

Mix melted butter & sugar until glossy

Add eggs + vanilla → whisk till smooth

Gently fold in flour, cocoa & salt

Pour into lined pan

Bake at 160°C for 25–30 mins

💡 Pro Tips (Don’t skip!):

✔ Don’t overmix after adding flour (keeps them fudgy!)
✔ Slightly underbake for that gooey center 😍
✔ Use good quality cocoa/chocolate for rich flavor
✔ Let brownies cool before cutting (if you can wait 😅)
