Sharing my experience of CSS exams 2024.

COMPULSORY SUBJECTS

ENGLISH ESSAY: The topics were easy to crack. However, it depends on various other factors to pass it.Indeed it is the toughest paper to pass.

ENGLISH PRECIS & COMPOSITION: The precis was easy but comprehension was lengthy (3 questions were merged in each question). Time management was the big deal in this paper.

GENERAL SCIENCE AND ABILITY: The main problem that is faced by aspirants in this paper is time management. The paper, however, was technical specially the ability portion.

CURRENT AFFAIRS: The topics were predictable, but the way they were moulded in the paper shocked the aspirants🙂.

PAKISTAN AFFAIRS: It was all about current situation of the country.

ISLAMIC STUDIES: The questions were easy but the answer needed analytical approach.

OPTIONAL SUBJECTS

POLITICAL SCIENCE(1 & 2): Apart from some philosophers these subjects are purely analytical and need analytical approach to answer. One must be aware of syllabus, but on the day it's all about brainstorming.

SINDHI: Language subjects are easy to handle and so was sindhi.

GENDER STUDIES & CRIMINOLOGY: Nothing out of syllabus!

TOWN PLANNING: Easy to handle, easy to crack, easy to understand.
