Empowering Communities through Awareness!
NRSP conducted community awareness sessions on the Grievance Redressal Mechanism (GRM) under the Karachi Water and Sewerage Services Improvement Project (KWSSIP) in Essa Nagri and Welfare Colony. Community members were informed about both the KWSSIP-PIU GRM system and the community based GRM mechanism implemented by NRSP, enabling them to register complaints, share feedback, and seek timely resolution of project related concerns. These sessions strengthened community participation, transparency, and accountability, fostering greater trust between communities and government departments.

CEO RSPN visited DG Khan to see firsthand the progress of the Better Cotton Initiative project implemented with NRSP.
It was inspiring to meet women and men farmers in Choti who are adopting improved cotton cultivation practices for the first time this March. With better techniques, reduced input costs, cleaner cotton, and the use of protective gear, these farmers are taking important steps toward safer and more sustainable farming.
A proud moment for community-led development.
