If your account is suspended due to high ODR (Order Defect Ratio) then there are plenty of ways to get the account reinstated. I must say that getting an account re-instate due to ODR suspension is much easier than other suspensions due to the below technique we use.
If your account is suspended due to high negative reviews & AZ claims, your first bet is to deal and communicate with those affected customers and beg them to remove the negative review. This is the first thing you must do anyway. Itโs too important before we even submit our re-instate appeal.
However if your account is suspended due to late shipment, delivery issues then it is a lot easier to get re-instated by convincing amazon that you are done with the FBM shipping model and you are now going to do FBA only. They will almost likely re-instate your account immediately. However please understand this is all done by amazon in good faith that you are seriously considering FBA. They donโt expect you to do FBA right away or they donโt force you to do FBA either. But they just expect you to start shifting your business model from FBM to FBA. So second re-instate is going to be very hard if you get suspended again for the very same reason. So you must take it as 1 chance only.

Thank you for notifying me of the problem with our account.
WHAT CAUSED THE SUSPENSION?
We acknowledge the problem. We did a detailed analysis of why our account had high ODR. We found that our shipments were delayed due to manual order processing. We were manually handwriting all the labels and it was causing a delay in our order processing and we acknowledge the problem was at our end
HOW DID YOU FIX IT?
We have now installed automated software called Shipstation which will automatically download our Amazon orders and create labels automatically. (This is one thing you can say)
We have now decided to not use Fulfil by Merchant anymore. We believe we are unable to continue this model as we donโt have enough resources. We have now decided to use FBA only and we will ship all our inventory to Amazonโs warehouse and we want Amazon to handle all our orders and shipments now. Next week we will ship our inventory to Amazonโs warehouse and we have studied the IPI (Inventory performance Index) in detail and we understand that we must maintain a good score of 400+ and we just want to stick with FBA only business model for the future.
HOW DO WE ENSURE THIS PROBLEM WILL NEVER HAPPEN AGAIN?
With FBA only inventory, I am sure we wonโt run into this problem ever again as Amazon will be taking care of all our orders now. We are done with the FBM model. We donโt want to do FBM again.
We will appreciate it if you consider our re-instate application. We will not disappoint you again.
