ALLAH DEEN HAS A MESSAGE FOR YOU

Uncle Allah Deen from Jetrar, Dahli, Tharparkar has a simple message for you all.

His village has been severely affected by the monsoon rains. The first spell damaged around 35 homes, the second spell has taken the toll to 105 homes.

Currently, the disaster affected families are residing in schools and nearby shelters. At the moment, what they need is a little food security.

Association for Community Development Program team will be distributing food parcels to 65 families tomorrow INSHALLAH. You all sponsored this particular distribution.

But, we require support for 40 more families.

ALHAMDULILAH, by the grace of Allah SWT and the generosity of our supporters, we have raised PKR 200,000, enough to provide three months of nutritional and medical support for 5 malnourished children.

That means 45 children in our current programme are still waiting for sponsorship. To ensure they all receive uninterrupted care over the next three months, we need to raise the remaining PKR 1.8 million.

Once this initial funding gap is covered, the programme becomes much easier to sustain. Our annual goal is to help 200 children recover from malnutrition. At a cost of PKR 40,000 per child, the total annual requirement is PKR 8 million. Spread across the year, this means we need to raise approximately PKR 666,667 each month to keep enrolling new children and ensure that no child already receiving treatment has their care interrupted.

Every child deserves the opportunity to grow, to laugh, to learn, and to live a healthy life.

May Allah SWT grant complete shifa to every child suffering from malnutrition, bless every family caring for them, Ameen, Sum Ameen.

Malnutrition steals more than a child's health. It steals childhood itself. It's today and it's future.

In Tharparkar, in poverty struck households far too many children begin life already at a disadvantage. They are born undernourished, struggle to grow, fall sick more often, and are less able to learn, play, and reach their full potential. Left untreated, malnutrition affects physical growth and cognitive development.

At times, it even takes lives.

At Association for Community Development Program, we have launched our Nutrition Project to help these children recover before it is too late.

Today, 50 children in our database are waiting for treatment.

Our immediate goal is to raise PKR 2 million to launch the programme. The cost of treating one child is PKR 40,000 over a period of three months.

Each child enrolled in the programme receives Ready-to-Use Therapeutic Food (RUTF), medical consultations and regular monitoring, essential medicines, nutritional support and counselling and diagnostic tests where clinically required.

If Allah has blessed us with the means to change even one child's story, then perhaps that blessing was entrusted to us for a reason.

May Allah SWT grant complete shifa to every child suffering from malnutrition, bless all those who support them, and make every act of compassion a source of reward in this life and the Hereafter, Ameen, Sum Ameen.
