Non-local bureaucrats from Pakistan are exploiting local resources, further entrenching the marginalization of this community. Geopolitical rivalries among China, India, and Pakistan further compound the issue, necessitating a comprehensive and strategic approach to address the complex challenges faced by this oppressed community.
