Traditional Food Of Hunza Valley… Burus Shapik
Burus Shapik is made from yogurt that is boiled and whey is drained. Booros is mixed with mint and chopped green onions. Salt is added for taste. Two thin flatbreads are baked on fire then cottage cheese mixture is applied between both the chapatis.❤️
