His dedication to excellence, visionary leadership, and to unite all the master plumbers in the province of Catanduanes have left an indelible mark on our profession. His passion for his work and his commitment to his colleagues were unparalleled.
Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and all who knew him during this difficult time. May we honor his memory by continuing to strive for the excellence he always championed for the master plumber profession.
