Mongolian Experience

As Business Development Adviser - Wilfredo Mercado, the lead trainer conducted trainings in the Darkhan Business Incubator Center (DBIC) in Mongolia, to promote and develop entrepreneurship among community residents, and to help them grow their business. Beyond that, he coached the DBIC staff to adopt new strategies to improve their training methods. He did this as well in other schools and training providers in the area.

Meet the EntreCoop lead trainer, W***y Mercado, who has extensive experience nationwide and abroad, focused on entrepreneurship and cooperative operation and management. He travels to different places providing services and sharing his many years of experience, using reality-based experiential learning exercises as a primary training methodology.
