Let us initiate reform and establish a unified set of laws and standards that will be strictly implemented across all sectors — alumni, collegiate, council, and community-based chapters. Membership must be carefully screened, ensuring that only those who can uphold and bring honour to the fraternity are accepted, rather than those who might damage the name and reputation of Alpha Kappa Rho.

It becomes difficult to enforce discipline when some members refuse to follow the rules, lack understanding, or create internal conflicts within the group. Being part of a community chapter should not mean that anyone can automatically be accepted, especially out-of-school youth or minors. Many of them are already struggling in their personal lives — how can they be expected to sustain chapter funds or contribute to community projects? Naturally, their priority would be their own needs and families.

Recruitment efforts should instead focus on college students, those who have jobs, businesses, or are stable in life. as they are the ones who can strengthen and elevate the chapters they join. Once they succeed in their studies and future careers, they will become the true pillars and representatives of the fraternity’s ideals.

The Skeptron Handshake is more than just a gesture—it is a living symbol of our brotherhood, trust, and mutual respect. Every handshake should be shared with humility, warmth, and sincerity, reflecting the values we uphold as Skeptrons. It reminds us that our bonds are built not only on loyalty but also on understanding, acceptance, and the commitment to support one another through every challenge and triumph.❤️🔥🤟

Why should we respect and embrace those who built our fraternity from the very beginning?
Because without them, there would be no foundation — no brotherhood to stand on today.

Why should we preserve the quality of our fraternity?
Because our name was built through sacrifice, loyalty, and unity — not through fame or division.

Are we promoting unity but division in disguise?
Do we truly understand the meaning behind our Constitution and Bylaws, or are we just reciting words we fail to live by?

Who really brings division — we, the members, or our leaders who have forgotten the essence of leadership?

Have we started to forget the true spirit of our fraternity?
Are we giving more importance to outsiders than to our brothers and sisters who share our creed?

When will we bring back the glory, respect, and genuine brotherhood that once defined us?
The answer lies not in titles or positions — but in every member who still believes in the sacred oath we once took.
