Red Rock Hot Spring Resort (RRHS) was honored to welcome a visiting group from France as part of their Negros travel experience, with arrangements coordinated by Orientwind Travel and Tours 🇫🇷✨

During their visit, we had the pleasure of sharing with them a simple yet meaningful taste of local life through camote, a locally grown root crop that we happened to be enjoying as a light snack at the resort. Moments like these reflect the beauty of travel beyond destinations—creating opportunities for cultural exchange, genuine hospitality, and a deeper appreciation for local flavors and traditions.

We also extend our appreciation to Lorenzo Duran Jr., also known as Guyz on his Facebook vlogs, who served as the group’s tour guide throughout their visit. For everyone’s guidance, we’d just like to share a few helpful notes about our pools 🤍

The water in both our large and small pools is continuously flowing, as our natural spring spout runs 24/7. Because it is natural spring water, some particles may occasionally pass through, which is why we drain and clean our pools every night to keep them fresh, clean, and safe for everyone.

Pool use is until 7:00 PM daily so our team can begin the nightly cleaning and maintenance. At times, the water may also naturally change color, especially during the hot season, usually starting around 5:00 PM.

If you’d like to enjoy the clearest water and get the best photos, we recommend visiting earlier in the day ☀️ We’re open daily from 7:00 AM and would love to welcome you for a relaxing swim.
