CITY MULTI-PARTITE MONITORING TEAM (CMMT)

Pursuant to the provisions of City Ordinance No. 26-2025, the City Multi-Partite Monitoring Team conducted an on-site monitoring activity to ensure compliance with environmental protection and safety standards.

The team inspected various establishments and development areas, focusing on slope monitoring, sediment trap requirements, sedimentation basins, drainage systems, and other environmental mitigation measures.

Through continuous monitoring and collaboration, we strengthen our commitment to responsible development and the protection of our environment. 🌿

"An Ordinance Imposing Service Fees and Conditions for the Use of Agricultural Farm Machineries and Implements Owned by the City Government of Valencia, Bukidnon."

The Committee acknowledge that the service fees collected from farmers are not intended to generate profit but merely to help sustain the operation and maintenance of Agricultural Machineries of the City while continuing to provide affordable services to our local Valenciano farmers and clients.

Sa maong turnover, ang Katalisayan-Lumo Irrigators Association Incorporated ug ang Kahaponan Valencia City Irrigators Association Incorporated matag usa nakadawat og usa ka four-wheel drive farm tractor nga nagkantidad og ₱2.5 milyon matag yunit.

Ang Laligan Irrigators Association Incorporated nakadawat og usa ka rice combine harvester nga nagkantidad og ₱1.8 milyon, samtang ang Pulangui Riverside Irrigators Association Incorporated nakadawat og usa ka four-wheel drive farm tractor ug usa ka rice combine harvester nga adunay kinatibuk-ang kantidad nga ₱4.3 milyon.

Mitambong sa maong kalihokan sila si Konsehal Rogelio Hera Jr., Chairperson sa Committee on Agriculture; Doc. Almer Alfonzo ug Mr. Aira Potestas isip mga representante ni City Mayor Amie G. Galario; ug si Engr. Arlyn Almo, representante sa Department of Agriculture Regional Field Office 10.

Kabahin usab sa kalihokan ang ceremonial signing sa giturnover nga mga dokumento isip simbolo sa opisyal nga pagbalhin sa pagdumala sa mga makinarya ngadto sa mga benepisyaryong irrigators associations.

Gihatagan usab og orientation ni Engr. Fidel M. Parian ug sa iyang grupo gikan sa Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering Division sa City Mayor's Office kabahin sa husto nga paggamit ug batakang pagmintinar sa mga makinarya.

Sa ilang mga mensahe, gipasiugda sa mga opisyal ang kahinungdanon sa rice modernization pinaagi sa mekanisasyon aron mapamenosan ang pagsalig sa manwal nga pamuo, mapadali ang pag-andam sa umahan ug pag-ani, makunhuran ang postharvest losses, ug mapataas ang kita sa mga mag-uuma.

Giawhag usab ang mga benepisyaryo nga ampingan ug gamiton sa husto ang mga makinarya aron mapuslan sa tanang miyembro sa ilang asosasyon ug sa ubang mag-uuma sa komunidad.

The proposed partnership aims to strengthen collaboration on sustainable development, environmental protection, ecosystem rehabilitation, and other related environmental initiatives within the City of Valencia

✅ 𝑷𝑨𝑺𝑺𝑬𝑫 𝑨 𝑹𝑬𝑺𝑶𝑳𝑼𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵 - APPROVING and AUTHORIZING the Honorable City Mayor, Amie G Galario to sign the Memorandum of Understanding [MOU] for and in behalf of the City Government of Valencia, Bukidnon together with the Department of Environment and Natural Resources – CENRO Valencia, Barangay Local Government Unit of Sugod, and Mr. Ulric P Noval, Lawful Possessor of the Kalimunda Wetland Area for the Implementation of the Kalimunda Wetland Management Plan CY 2026-2030.

The implementation of the Management Plan aims to strengthen environmental conservation, ecological protection, and sustainable management of the Kalimunda Wetland area.

✅ 𝑷𝑨𝑺𝑺𝑬𝑫 𝑨 𝑹𝑬𝑺𝑶𝑳𝑼𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵 - APPROVING and AUTHORIZING the Honorable City Mayor, Amie G Galario to sign the Memorandum of Agreement [MOA] for and in behalf of the City Government of Valencia, Bukidnon together with the Department of Agriculture, Regional Field Office X [DA RFO X] for the Implementation of Projects under the National Urban and Peri-Urban Agriculture Program [NUPAP] for Calendar Year 2026 for the City of Valencia, Bukidnon.

The projects consist of establishing of 2 Mushroom Production Centers with an Approved Budget for the Contract [ABC] and the procurement of 1 Walking Type Agricultural Tractor, both chargeable against the CY 2026 NUPAP Funds of DA RFO X.
