𝗦𝗬𝗡𝗢𝗣𝗦𝗜𝗦: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Typhoon {MEKKHALA} was estimated based on all available data at 350 km East Northeast of Calayan, Cagayan or 275 km East of Basco, Batanes (20.3°N, 124.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 155 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 190 km/h. It is moving Northward at 10 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Central Luzon, Southern Luzon, and Visayas.

𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗧: Caraga Region will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers or thunderstorms due to Localized Thunderstorms. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains.

Malampusong gipatawag sa Munisipyo sa Tubod ang 2nd Quarterly Meeting sa Local Council for the Protection of Children (LCPC), Local Committee on Anti-Trafficking and Violence Against Women and Children (LCAT-VAWC), ug Gender and Development (GAD) Focal Point System (GFPS) karong adlawa Hunyo 23, 2026 sa Datu Manlumidsa Conference Hall, Munisipyo sa Tubod.

Kini nga kalihokan gipangunahan ni Municipal Mayor, Hon. RICHELLE B. ROMARATE, MSCE. Giubanan sa mga miyembro sa konseho, focal persons, partner agencies, ug stakeholders aron hisgutan ang mga mahinungdanong update, kalampusan, ug prayoridad nga mga kabalaka nga makaapekto sa kaayohan sa mga bata, kababayen-an, ug mga pamilya sa lungsod.

Gisusi usab sa mga partisipante ang nagpadayon nga mga programa ug gipalig-on ang pagtinabangay ug mga paningkamot aron masiguro ang pagtubag ug mga interbensyon nga nakabase sa katungod sa lokal nga lebel.

Pinaagi sa aktibong partisipasyon sa mga miyembrong ahensya ug opisina niini, ang lungsod sa Tubod nagpadayon sa mga inisyatibo nga nagpasiugda sa pagpanalipod sa mga bata, nagpasiugda sa pagtubag sa gender, nakigbatok sa human trafficking ug kapintasan batok sa kababayen-an ug mga bata, ug nagpasiugda sa mas luwas nga komunidad alang sa tanan.

Isip usa ka lungsod, nagpabilin kita sa paghimo og usa ka palibot diin ang matag bata gipanalipdan, ang matag babaye gihatagan og gahum, ug ang matag pamilya adunay higayon nga molambo.

𝗦𝗬𝗡𝗢𝗣𝗦𝗜𝗦: At 3:00 AM today, the center of Typhoon "FRANCISCO" {MEKKHALA} was estimated based on all available data at 725 km East of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan (17.3°N, 125.6°E) with maximum sustained winds of 140 km/h near the center and gustiness of up to 170 km/h. It is moving West Northwestward at 30 km/h. Southwest Monsoon affecting Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan.

𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗘𝗖𝗔𝗦𝗧: Caraga Region will experience cloudy skies with scattered rains and thunderstorms due to
Southwest Monsoon. Possible flash floods or landslides due to moderate to at times heavy rains. Light to moderate winds coming from Southwest prevail with slight to moderate seas (0.6 to 2.5 meters wave height).
