Brgy. Dalsan takes a another hit of internet disruption due to an incident of a wingvan hitting the fiber-cable. The damage is being attended by re-installing new fiber-cables to replace the damage line.

𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗼𝗿𝘆:
Internet service disruption affecting selected areas in Brgy. Tubaran, Brgy. Looc, and Brgy. Dalsan has been reported due to incidents of intentional cutting of our fiber-line by an unknown party.

Our technical team has restored several connections and is currently working on the restoration of others as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we work under the bad weather conditions.

Service Operation Update: Mainline to Magsaysay is currently down due to ants damaging the fiber line. Our team is already in the field working on the issue and doing their best to restore the connection as soon as possible.

Service Operation Update: A goat in Brgy. Tipaan had a snack on our fiber cable causing a subscriber’s loss of connection. The line has been fixed and internet’s back.
