1) Lunch will be converted to packed lunch on Day 02 (Mt Kinabalu Descent) for climbers who arrived late and missed the lunch timing.

Mount Kinabalu (Malay: Gunung Kinabalu) is a mountain in Sabah, Malaysia. It is protected as Kinabalu Park, a World Heritage Site. Kinabalu is the highest peak in Borneo's Crocker Range and is the highest mountain in the Malay Archipelago as well as the highest mountain in Malaysia.The mountain is located on the east Malaysian state of Sabah, on the island of Borneo. Mysterious and moody, but always a magnificent .
From the KK City it takes around 2 hours land travel going up to the Kinabalu Park registration. After all the paper works done you will be headed to the Timpohon Gate and start the trek.
The hike duration will be 2D&1N and no need to bring tent and cooking equipment because the Kinabalu park have a guest house on the basecamp which is you can stay.
You can go to the summit on the 2nd day of the hike and make sure you will reach the summit before the cut off time 5am. Wake up call will be around 1:30 am and start ascend 2:30 am.
Dont forget to bring your jackets with fleece underneath and of course water to dehydrate yourself.
