Olinsterg College ROTC

On June 01–07, 2026, the Drill Master Seminar CL 01-2026 was successfully conducted at Quezon National High School (QNHS), Brgy. Ibabang Iyam, Lucena City.

Under the direct supervision of LTC NILO S GRET, PA (RES), School President, together with Sgt Zenaida F Gret, PA (Res), Vice President, and Pvt Janine Alexis G Deriquito, PA (Res), ROTC Coordinator. Our Former Battalion Commander, Pvt John Mark C Aguilon PA (Res) alongside with MSg Marlon A Isabedra, PA (Res), Tactical NCO actively participated and underwent the training program.

This 7 days training activity was likewise carried out under the direct supervision of COL NORLEO G ADDULAM, OS (GSC) PA, Supervisor, and MAJ ERIC A ESTIDOLA , (INF) PA, Assistant Supervisor. Their leadership was further reinforced by the dedicated instructors MSg Antonio A Borromeo, PA (Res), TSg Zaldy L Derilo, (CE) PA, TSg Antonio M Ronquillo, (INF) PA, and SSg Jonas G Pitero, PA (Res), whose expertise and commitment contributed greatly to the success of the program.

Throughout the intensive training, participants demonstrated exceptional discipline, determination, resilience, and commitment to excellence. The seminar served not only as a venue for learning advanced drill techniques and leadership principles but also as a platform for developing character, professionalism, teamwork, and military bearing.

A special commendation is extended to our Former Battalion Commander Pvt John Mark C Aguilon PA (Res) for earning the trust and confidence of his fellow trainees and being elected as the Class Ambassador. His leadership, dedication, and exemplary conduct throughout the seminar truly embody the values and standards expected of a Drill Master.

The training demanded sacrifice, perseverance, and dedication, yet every challenge became a step toward growth and excellence. The lessons, experiences, and friendships formed will remain a lasting source of inspiration.

This achievement reflects the participants’ commitment to uphold leadership, discipline, and service. As graduates, they now carry the responsibility of serving as role models and mentors—an inspiration for cadets who also aspire to become future officers and leaders in their communities.

Today, the ROTC Officers take their first step into RSCT-ARAPT 31-32 and ARAPT 41-42 Summer Camp Training.

With determination and purpose, you — COCC Batch Masidlak and the Upcoming 1CL Batch Mabagsik — are now entering the phase of intensive summer camp training. You step forward with the resolve to learn, endure, and improve yourselves, understanding that every hardship is a step toward becoming better public servants.

We express our deepest gratitude for the unwavering support, guidance, and trust extended by our beloved School President, Dr. Nilo S. Gret, Vice President, Dr. Zenaida F. On May 21, 2026, the Olinsterg College Reserve Officer Training Corps Unit (OCROTCU) conducted Honor Guard & Entrance of Colors as participation at the Graduation of Olinsterg College & Asian Institute of Technology and Education (AITE).

Under the supervision of Olinsterg College School President LTC NILO S GRET PA (RES) Vice President Sgt Zenaida F Gret PA (Res), our 404th CDC Director COL NORLEO G ADDULAM OS (GSC) PA, and our Commandant MAJ ARCADIO C DESCALLAR PA (RES), together with NSTP-ROTC Coordinator Pvt Janine Alexis G Deriquito PA (Res), together with Olinsterg College Reserve Officer Training Corps (OCROTCU).

On behalf of the Olinsterg ROTC Unit, we sincerely thank Olinsterg College & Asian Institute of Technology and Education (AITE) for giving us the opportunity to take part in your Graduation Ceremony.
