Space is often described as an empty area without anything, but scientifically, it’s not completely empty.
And my table is a perfect representation of it, mostly empty, but there’s always ‘some’ visible stuff floating around! Guess I’m out of orbit here!

LOOK: 2, 000 Vegetable Seedlings Find New Homes through Project WINNER

Teresa Elementary School successfully sold 2,000 ready-to-plant vegetable seedlings during the Grand Launching of Project WINNER — Working for Income to Nurture and Empower Emerging Risers. This innovative 'Seedling for a Cause' initiative aims to support student athletes by helping cover their training expenses through sustainable gardening.

In her opening remarks, Dr. Lo**ta D. De Leon, the school principal, expressed heartfelt gratitude to all stakeholders for their unwavering support. “Nakakataba ng puso dahil walang pag-aalinlangan ang inyong ipinakitang suporta sa adhikaing ito. Makakaasa po kayo na mas marami pang punla ang patutubuin upang lalo pang matulungan ang ating mga batang atleta,” she emphasized.

Winefredo Murguia, Head of the Sports Development Office, praised Project WINNER as a meaningful step toward helping young athletes realize their dreams through sports. He highlighted how the project not only supports their athletic development but also empowers them to overcome financial challenges related to training.

Izy San Jose, Municipal Agriculture Office Head, echoed these sentiments in a message delivered by her staff. She applauded the school's initiative to promote urban gardening, emphasizing its role in providing clean and healthy food for every family's table, thereby contributing to both community health and sustainability.

The Grand Launching of Project WINNER marks a significant milestone in bridging sports development and environmental stewardship, with the community coming together to nurture both future champions and a greener tomorrow.
