Matatandaan ng bata ang pagiging present parent, pero yung outfit? Posibleng makalimutan kaya for me it's not a big deal. 😊

Kanina umattend ako sa graduation ng anak ko, I see beautiful parents who are happy because of this special day. Sa totoo lang, kapag nasa graduation sobrang liit ng chance na puro outfit ang titignan kasi focus ka sa anak mo eh, pwera nalang siguro kung outfit check ang mas gusto mong ifocus.

Kaya palagi kong pipiliin matuwa dahil may mga nanay na nag-aayos para sa graduation day ng anak nila, kesa mamuna. 😊 Hindi naman kasi porke't pumorma ang magulang eh sinasapawan na nito ang anak.

We should learn to honor both. Sa hirap ng buhay, yung sakripisyo ng estudyante at magulang ay hindi biro at hindi naman nababase ang respeto sa suot na damit ng magulang during graduation.

Hindi naman ito nakakasakit ng iba, kaya kung ikaw yung kind of person na ayaw ng flashy, ayaw mag-ayos that's your choice and it's fine.
Same with those who wants to dress up, hindi kakulangan ng iba kung hindi sila kagaya mo mag-ayos. 😊

For all we know, everyone's fighting a battle we don't know or we know so little so choose to be kind.

Happy Graduation day sa lahat ng gumraduate, Know that I am one of those strangers na pumapalakpak sa nakamit ninyo. 🥰

When I think about breastfeeding, I think about my baby's little face looking up at me. The cuddles. The way they relax into my breast. The bonding. The closeness.

I don't usually sit there thinking about the science of it all.

But sometimes it hits me... my breasts literally make milk. 😳 Like literally make MILK!!

When my baby latches, nerves in my ni**le send a message to my brain. My brain releases prolactin to make milk and oxytocin to let it flow. A tiny human suckles... and my body responds. In real time.

My brain and my breasts are in constant communication. My baby cries, and sometimes I can feel it before they even touch me.

It's not just sweet. It's not just emotional.

It's biological. It's intelligent. It's my body adapting, responding, producing exactly what my baby needs.

I'm not just holding my baby.
I'm feeding them with something my body created.

And that will never stop amazing me. 🥹😭
