To everyone who spent Mother’s Day with us at Asuk, thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
Some of you travelled from different cities and nearby provinces just to experience our low & slow smoked meats. Seeing families celebrate, laugh, wait patiently, and create memories with us made every exhausting minute worth it.
This Mother’s Day, our small kitchen team of only four people, together with our front-of-house staff, served more than 470 guests. It was one of the busiest days we’ve ever had.. Long hours, nonstop service, and a dining room filled from opening until closing.
To our guests, thank you for your patience, kindness, and understanding during the rush. Thank you for choosing to celebrate such a special day with us, and for making Asuk part of your family moments and memories.
And to our incredible kitchen team, servers, and staff, thank you for showing what passion, grit, and teamwork truly look like. Behind every platter served was a team pushing through the pressure to make sure every table still received the quality and experience you came for.
We are grateful for every person who walked through our doors that day, both the guests who filled our restaurant and the team who gave their all behind the scenes.
