• PSA nga kopya sa Birth Certificate (Php 155.00), Marriage Certificate (155.00), ug Death Certificate (Php.155.00), CENOMAR (Php.210.00).
• Pagparehistro sa PhilSys National ID

Please be informed that the Philippine Statistics Authority - Negros Island Region (PSA-NIR) will conduct the PSA on Wheels, Civil Registry System (CRS) Mobile Outlet Service at the Tanjay City Hall lobby on June 15, 2026.

This activity aims to provide convenient access to civil registry services for our constituents, where they may request copies of their civil registry documents such as Birth Certificates, Marriage Certificates, and Death Certificates without the need to travel outside Tanjay City.

Through this initiative, our constituents will be able to save time, effort, and transportation costs while availing of PSA services within the city.
