The new RICA Retreat is a sacred space to recharge, refocus and treat yourself with a vacation designed for people from all walks of life.
RICA Veggie Sandwich – A Favorite Treat! 🥪🌿
The students from De La Salle University love the fresh and delicious taste of our RICA Veggie Sandwich! Made with healthy ingredients and prepared with care, it’s a simple yet satisfying bite that nourishes both body and spirit.
You can enjoy this wholesome sandwich at Pasilungan Restaurant here at Regina Rosarii Institute for Contemplation in Asia. We also happily serve it to our retreatants as part of our commitment to happy and healthy eating.
Come and taste the goodness! 🌱🥪✨

We joyfully served plant-based meals to the Clergy of the Diocese of Bacolod, and we are blessed to share that the priests truly appreciated and enjoyed every dish. 🌱💚
Healthy, delicious, and prepared with love — nourishing both body and mission. Thank you, Fathers, for embracing this wholesome dining experience!

With grateful hearts, we warmly welcomed 90 priests yesterday, February 23, all the way from Bacolod — the clergy of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Bacolod, led by Bishop Patricio Buzon, DD. 🙏✨
For the next 5 days and 4 nights, may their retreat be a sacred journey of renewal, deeper communion, and spiritual rest in the loving presence of the Lord.
Welcome, dear Fathers! May this time be filled with grace, peace, and joy. 💛
🌿 Invitation to Our Lenten Recollection
As we enter this sacred season, we invite you to pause, reflect, and rediscover the deeper meaning of Lent. Join us for a day of prayer, reflection, and fellowship where together we will embrace the joy that comes from renewal and God’s boundless grace.
Come and be part of this spiritual journey that nurtures both heart and soul. Let us walk together in hope, preparing ourselves for the promise of Easter.
In this Contemplation Pause, Sister Eppie gently leads us into a sacred moment of stillness, offering a sneak peek of the Stations of Creation—a prayerful journey that invites us to listen, reflect, and reconnect with God through all that He has created.
Each station reminds us that creation is not just something we see, but something we are called to care for, protect, and love. As we walk this sacred path, may our hearts be awakened to gratitude, responsibility, and reverence for the gift of life and nature.
The Stations of Creation will be blessed on March 19.
May this quiet glimpse prepare our spirits for deeper prayer, renewed hope, and a more loving relationship with our Creator and His creation. 🙏
