Datu Table

Datu who cooks for those who love Thai cuisine, came to Thailand with his parents when he was 9 months old. During his growing up years he was so fascinated by Thai cooking that he ventured going up to provinces to savour and learn the local way of cooking up thai dishes. He then went on to have a formal training at Thai & International Food Technology school to learn more including coffee brewing at Le Cordon Bleu Dusit. Aftrer 26 years in Thailand, he went back home to Philippines in 2019 and try to cook for family, friends and friends of friends to impart with them and experience the taste Thai cuisine. At Datu's Table we will also be introducing the amazing Thai diversity of cooking of their 4 regions. Prepare to be amaze!
