Family pattern = the repeated ways a family thinks, acts, relates, and handles life. It’s the “unwritten rules” and habits passed down, often without anyone noticing.
It runs in the background and shapes how you do things.

Most of us are affected by these patterns in negative ways, and many times we don't pay attention to them. Instead, we see them as normal, even when they harm us.

And when we fail to correct them prayerfully and with discipline, we pass them on to our children.

Pay attention to your family patterns and work on them prayerfully if they have a bad effect, so your children won't suffer the same.
