🌱 Kidukasyon 2025: Ducligan, Banaue, Ifugao 🎒

This June 14–15, Project Lingap returns to the mountains of Ifugao to bring encouragement, school support, and joy to the amazing kids of Ducligan through Kidukasyon 2025 — our annual outreach and education support initiative.

For over a decade, we’ve walked with the community to help keep children in school and remind them they are never alone in their journey. Each year, your support becomes notebooks and pens, hygiene kits, — and more importantly, hope.

Congratulations to our Kidukasyon kids who graduated and completed another school year! Keep reaching your dreams. We believe in you!

We had an incredible weekend in Ducligan, Banaue, Ifugao, celebrating 10 years of supporting the education of these amazing kids! 🎉🎒📚 This year, we provided support to 28 high school students and 24 elementary students—10 of whom are new to the Kidukasyon program. It was heartwarming to see the parents and children present cultural performances, showcasing the richness of their heritage. 🌾💛

Our volunteers led an art class for the high school students, while the elementary kids enjoyed games and laughter. Each child received a gift pack of school supplies and hygiene kits, in addition to monetary support to help them with their education and well-being. Everyone enjoyed a merienda of chicken nuggets and spaghetti after 🎨🎁🍝

To make the weekend even more memorable, our volunteers, the next day, had the chance to explore the village, walk through the breathtaking rice terraces, swim in their refreshing "snake river", and relax in the hot spring. The beauty of the land and the warmth of the community made this 10th year extra special. 🌿🏞️

For 10 years now, it has been our yearly commitment to visit the village of Ducligan in Banaue, Ifugao to provide educational support for the children. We’ve coined it 'Kidukasyon.' Our hope is to encourage these kids and show them that others believe in their potential. Some of them are now in college. We’re excited to continue this journey and invite you to join us.
