This lifestyle retail concept invites guests to slow down. Curved walls shape a calm setting for the three sister brands and coffee shop, quieting the surrounding noise of the mall.

The design features an open-plan layout that encourages gatherings for the multi-generational family, while also offering private wings for each member to retreat to.

For this project, the client’s vision aligned seamlessly with ours—selecting environmentally conscious materials, ensuring low-maintenance finishes, and emphasizing natural ventilation. The use of jalousies, ventanillas, and brick screens all around, allows for the house to breathe.
