Job Description:
- One month work duration period only
- Conducts daily Toolbox meeting
- Ensures the safety of workers during site activities
- Reports any incident to the Project Manager/Project In-Charge
- Cooperates safety and health protocols to the Building Admin, Security, and Maintenance Department

As evidence of our client's genuine satisfaction, another branch of West Town's Coffee was designed and built by our team. Using the same concept, our designers make improvements to the design by combining wood and concrete, leaving an artistic focal point on the cafe's counter.

Another interesting feature was its modish furniture, particulary the customized hanging shelves made by our team. Using metal bars and wood planks, the shelves have serves both its storage and aesthetic purposes.

-Prepares As-built and proposed CAD drawings;
-handle and supervise project conceptualization, documentation, design development, preparation of construction drawing
-prepares material boards, 3D models and other pertinent documents needed for presentation;
-conducts site supervision, monitoring and coordination;
-works closely with contractors, tenants and officials on site on ensuring design works are carried out to specific standards; and
-other tasks that may arise in connection with the business of the company.

- Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
- Atleast 4-5 years of Experience on the same field of work
- Knowledge in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion, Vray and Photoshop
- Focused and has the ability to work under pressure and with minimal supervision
- Able to work in a team and independently
