JOB OPENING: Contractual Marketing Officer
Location: Sweet Spring Country Farm
Employment Type: Contractual (with commission-based incentives and allowance).

We are looking for a proactive and driven MARKETING OFFICER to join our team on a contractual basis. The ideal candidate will lead efforts to promote and expand our farm tour services to school, organizations, and the general public.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract clients to our farm tours.

- Establish partnerships with schools, institutions, and tourism offices.

- Organize promotional campaigns, both online and offline.

- Handle client inquiries and tour bookings.

- Maintain regular updates on marketing activities and performance.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experienced Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or related fields.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in sales or promotional work is a plus.
- Familiarity with agriculture, tourism, or educational sectors is an advantage.
- Must be self-motivated and goal oriented.

COMPENSATION:
- Allowance: 7,500.00 Monthly Allowance
-Commission-based Incentives: Earn 15 percent commission based on performance and booked tours.
