Ever noticed someone na laging solo, tahimik lang sa gilid? O ‘yung class clown na never mo pa nakitang sad? O ‘yung kaklase mong laging “available”—pero hindi mo pa natatanong kung okay ba talaga siya?

Kailan mo huling kinamusta ang friend mo—bagong kaklase, dating tropa, or ‘yung madalas mong mahingan ng tulong? Tuwing October, World Mental Health Day reminds us—sometimes na kahit ang single “Kamusta?” mo, can break walls, open up and heal traumatic wounds, bring comfort, or even save a life.

Ngayon naman, gusto ka naming marinig.
