-Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology.
-Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience may be considered.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
-Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Conduct sampling and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
-Maintain QA documentation, records, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
-Implement and support HACCP, GMP, and ISO 22000 quality systems.
-Identify non-conformities and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
-Conduct hygiene inspections and ensure sanitation practices are followed.
-Assist in internal and external audits for regulatory and certification compliance.
-Train staff on quality, hygiene, and food safety requirements.
-Coordinate with production and other departments to resolve quality issues.

* With at least 3 years of solid experience in installation, repair and maintenance of refrigeration and air-conditioning units.
* Minimum NCII holder OF RAC (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning)
* With good listening attitude, problem solving skills, and attention to details.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform the preventive maintenance works
* Perform any other engineering repair and maintenance works if required
* Plant monitoring and operations activities if required
* Adhere to safety policy and company rules and procedures
* Prepare reports every shift ends
* Recommend technical solution for improvements
* Provide report/feedback to the Engineering Manager (M1) or to the Plant manager if required.
