AUGUST 29, 2023: Turn-over of paintings during the Flag Ceremony in Sports Complex, Astrodome, Capitol.

This project is spearheaded by Cordillera Young Leaders Club (CYLC) in partnership between the Office of the Kalinga Provincial Governor, Kalinga Provincial Health Office and Kalinga Association of Innovative DOST Scholars.
It is a series of art workshop in which aspiring indigenous youth artists attend the workshop and they produce a flower-themed painting as an output by the end of the day.
