Masasabi ko na hindi magandang year for me.
A lot of heartheaches, disappointments, stress sa work (pati na rin sa lablyp *char!*)
Pero sympre need ko bumangon, dahil unang una andyan ang pamilya ko at lalong lalo na andyan ang anak ko na love na love ako ❤️🤗
Aaminin ko, I got depressed. As in, hindi ko akalain na 1 ako sa makakaranas ng ganun. And tell you, napakahirap. At ang ginawa ko para makabangon nag basa basa ako nanood ako sa youtube about depression, then may nabasa ako sabi nya humanap ka ng taong tingin mo mapag kakatiwalaan mo yung masasabi mo raw lahat ng lungkot at takot mo. (sobrang thankful ako kasi isang PM ko lang sa kanya, reply agad siya. Binigyan nya ako ng mga advices na talaga namang nakatulong para makabangon) kaya kung mababasa mo to, THANKYOU sobra ❤️❤️❤️ (you know who you are). 🤗

So dahil sa dami ng nangyari, isama pa ang pandemic na wala kang choice kundi sa bahay ka lang walang ibang magawa - ang ending, LAGI LANG AKONG NAKAHILATA AT LUMALAMON. Di naman kaila sa inyo na GRABE ANG APPETITE KO. Kung chubby na ako simula pa lang, lalo akong tumaba. 🐷🐽

BUT ONE DAY, I’VE DECIDED TO MAKE A LIFESTYLE CHANGE. Before kasi Starbucks, Milktea at Samgyup is Life ang ate mo 😆
Lamon is life, tapos feeling ko ang slim slim ko pa rin HAHAHA. Yung sa isip mo ba na okay lang na tumaba ako may asawa at anak naman na ako. Pero deep inside, na ddepress na ako sa itsura ko sa salamin at pag nag sselfie ako. Ang hirap kaya mag selfie at umanggulo na liliit ang muka at katawan mo. Tapos wala nang kasyang damit sayo gusto mo na lang palagi kang naka duster 😆

Naisip ko I want change and this time I want to see results... Gusto ko nang magbawas ng timbang talaga. Sinimulan ko manood ng workout videos sa Youtube. AND IT WASN’T EASY, tulad ng laging sinasabi, mas madaling sabihin kesa gawin. Nasa isip ko lang sya, pinapanood ko lang, pero di ko naman ginagawa.

MAY 2021
Nag start ako ulit, sabi ko walang mang yayari kung yung panunuod ko lang ng exercise ay hanggang nood lang. So ayun na nga ready na ang rubbershoes ko at outfit para mag exercise. 🏃‍♀️🏋️‍♀️

1st day: wala pang 10mins PAGODA na ako. Ayaw ko naaaaaa. Napapagod na yung utak ko gusto ko na mag give up agad agad. Feeling ko after kong pawisan pumayat na ko ng ilang kilos 😆
Then, ayun na inaaraw2 ko na sya kasi gusto ko talagang magkaron ng outcome. Then habang tumatagal yung 5mins nagiging 10mins hanggang sa natatapos ko na yung isang buong workout video sa youtube 😊💪🏻
Nakakatuwa kasi kaya ko pala. 😊

1st weeks nag pag wwork out, nallungkot ako kasi bakit ganon parang wala naman nangyayari. Kasi hindi naman nababawasan yung weight ko 😑

So tinuloy ko lang sya ng tinuloy hanggang sa nag eenjoy na ako mag work out everyday. Date nahhiya ako sa mga kasama ko sa bahay pag nakikita nila ako nag eexercise kaya nag tatago ako sa kusina dun ako nanonood ng work out exercise hanggang sa dedma na sa reaction nila lalo na si Elyse na pinagtatawanan at ginagaya ako pag nag wwork out ako 😆

I LOST 1.5 kilos with exercise, pero feeling ko ang bagal ng progress. Nirevisit ko ulit ang lifestyle ko, and na realize ko na MALAKAS PA DIN AKO KUMAIN. Nagstop ako mag starbucks and milk tea, pero binabawi ko naman sa ibang carbs at sweets. Alam nyo naman, napakahirap kalabanin ang RICE/KANIN, pasta, bread etc. 😣

This time around, naisip kong kelangan ko solusyonan ang paghanap ko sa carbs and sweets. Anong bang makakatulong sakin. Until one day, may nag alok sakin ng VAMPIRE SHOT.
