In Libertad National High School, Sir Elmer B. Billanes’ tenure as principal of LINHS will end.

It's time for you to say goodbye our charming principal, Sir Elmer. We get the impression that you saw this as more than simply a job. Your enthusiasm and love for what you do are obvious. You demonstrated that life is about more than just succeeding. The blessings never cease depending on how you decide to get there. You inspired us to put in our best effort, disregard negative comments of the expectators, follow the straight and narrow path, and be humble all the time.

We appreciate all the time you have invested, the consideration you show, the needs you meet and the information you provide, Unfazed by much, your particular touch offers advice, the time and effort you put into planning, approaches to learning and risks you take. We appreciate everything you have done including the grounded management, excellent practice, transformative vision, and proactive leadership.
