They may do something that puts you at a disadvantage position but God knows how to use what is intended to harm you for your good. Because God is compassionate and has immeasurable power to accomplish everything He promised for His beloved children.

Deuteronomy 30:3
Your God, will restore everything you lost; he'll have compassion on you; he'll come back and pick up the pieces from all the places where you were scattered
You may have missed some opportunities but God knows how to make up for lost time. He's going to give you another chance. You may have lost years because somebody else put you at a disadvantage or years because of your own choices. But God knows how to make up for it. He's still going to get you to where you're supposed to be.

When God puts a dream in your heart, when He gives you a promise, it doesn't mean that it's going to come to pass with no opposition. All these things are part of your journey and won't stop your dreams. These things aren't meant to break you but to strengthen your endurance and faith in God— the author of your dreams. He will not leave you hanging but will accomplish everything He promised for you (Philippians 1:6).
RA 10157: Kindergarten Education Act
Section 5. Medium of Instruction. — The State shall hereby adopt the mother tongue-based multilingual education (MTB-MLE) method. The mother tongue of the learner shall be the primary medium of instruction for teaching and learning in the kindergarten level. However, exceptions shall be made to the following cases:
When the pupils in the kindergarten classroom have different mother tongues or when some of them speak another mother tongue;
When the teacher does not speak the mother tongue of the learners;
When resources, in line with the use of the mother tongue, are not yet available; and
When teachers are not yet trained how to use the MTB-MLE program.
In such exceptional cases, the primary medium of instruction shall be determined by the DepEd aligned with the framework being used in the elementary level including teacher training and production of local resources and materials under DepEd Order No. 74, series of 2009.
