𝐇𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐬 𝐔𝐩!

On May 9, 2026, the Central Philippines State University–Sipalay Campus ROTC Unit successfully conducted its 𝕮𝖚𝖑𝖒𝖎𝖓𝖆𝖙𝖎𝖔𝖓 𝕮𝖊𝖗𝖊𝖒𝖔𝖓𝖞 𝖋𝖔𝖗 𝕽𝕺𝕿𝕮 𝕮𝖑𝖆𝖘𝖘 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓–𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔, marking the successful completion of the cadets’ and cadettes’ training journey for the academic year. The ceremony was graced by 𝗟𝗧𝗖 𝗥𝗢𝗕𝗘𝗥𝗧𝗢 𝗦. 𝗠𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗜 (𝗚𝗦𝗖) 𝗣𝗔, 𝘊𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘖𝘧𝘧𝘪𝘤𝘦𝘳 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 15 𝘐𝘯𝘧𝘢𝘯𝘵𝘳𝘺 (𝘔𝘰𝘭𝘢𝘷𝘦) 𝘉𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘢𝘭𝘪𝘰𝘯, together with his company, as 𝒈𝒖𝒆𝒔𝒕 𝒔𝒑𝒆𝒂𝒌𝒆𝒓.

Anchored on the theme, “𝐒𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐋𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡 𝐃𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞,” the event became a celebration of the dedication, perseverance, sacrifices, and commitment shown by every cadet and cadette throughout the ROTC training. Beyond drills and formations, the program served as a platform for developing discipline, leadership, resilience, camaraderie, patriotism, and service above self.

During his inspirational message, LTC Roberto S. Maduli emphasized that, “𝘾𝙝𝙖𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙚𝙧 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙨 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚, 𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙘𝙞𝙥𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙚 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙨 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥, 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙡𝙚𝙖𝙙𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙝𝙞𝙥 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙨 𝙣𝙖𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙨.” His words reminded the cadets and cadettes that true leadership begins with integrity, responsibility, and the willingness to serve the community and the nation with honor and courage.

The event was spearheaded by SSg Jeonilo Orbigoso (Res) PA, NSTP Coordinator, Sgt Marklen Pillones (Res) PA, and Sgt Gary Caballes (Res) PA, ROTC Instructors, in collaboration with the Advance ROTC Officers and basic cadets and cadettes, whose dedication and teamwork contributed to the success of the ceremony.

As ROTC Class 2025–2026 officially concludes its training, may the lessons, memories, friendships, and values formed within the program continue to inspire every cadet and cadette to become disciplined individuals, responsible citizens, and future leaders of character dedicated to nation-building.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞!

From April 19–23, 2026, the Central Philippine State University–Sipalay Campus ROTC Unit proudly participated in the Regional Annual Administrative Tactical Inspection (RAATI) at CPSU - Main Campus, Kabankalan City.

In the Comprehensive Examination, a total of 57 examinees from four CPSU campuses—Moises Padilla, Hinigaran, Victorias, and Sipalay—took part. From CPSU–Sipalay, 23 BSED 1 students joined the examination and demonstrated outstanding performance.

With a total of 113/150 points, the unit reflected strong academic and tactical readiness. Out of the Top 37 passers, 21 were from Sipalay, and in the Final Top 10, Sipalay proudly secured 4 spots - a true testament to excellence and dedication.

Furthermore, Central Philippines State University garnered a overall score of 91.58%, showcasing discipline, knowledge, and excellence among ROTC cadets and cadettes.

𝗟𝗢𝗢𝗞!

On March 13, 2026, the Central Philippine State University-Sipalay Campus ROTC Unit conducted its 9th instruction. The event began with cadets and cadettes assembling in formation for attendance at 0600H. This was followed by ground improvement and preparing the land area for vegetable production, an initiative of Central Philippine State University to empower school and communities to grown their own food. After the instruction, cadets and cadettes returned for line formation and a lunch break. Moreover, at exactly 0110H, the cadets and cadettes returned for a brief orientation on Fire Drill and Fire Safety Orientation before the guest speakers arrived. Furthermore, at 1330H, Bureau of Fire Protection personnel 𝐅𝐎1 𝐂𝐡𝐫𝐢𝐬 𝐓. 𝐒𝐚𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐬, 𝐅𝐎1 𝐙𝐚𝐜𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐬 𝐑. 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐳𝐚𝐫, and 𝐅𝐎1 𝐕𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐨 𝐂𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐨𝐯𝐚 𝐉𝐫., together with the CPSU Main Campus Criminology interns, conducted a lecture about the definition of fire, types of fire safety carry, and a live demonstration of the proper TPASS procedure for fire extinguishers.

The purpose of this activity was to provide the cadets with practical knowledge and awareness on fire prevention, proper response during fire emergencies, and the correct use of fire safety equipment. The training greatly helped the cadets develop preparedness, discipline, and confidence in responding to possible fire incidents both within the campus and in the community. The guidance of BFP Sipalay Fire Station personnel made a valuable contribution to strengthening awareness of fire safety and emergency response.

On January 12, 2026, ten (10) Advanced ROTC Cadet Officers, composed of six (6) first class and four (4) second class, received their Subsistence Allowance (SA) and Cash Supplementary Allowances, for the second semester of the academic year 2024 – 2025, from the Philippine Army’s Reserve Command, at Brgy. 9 covered court , Kabankalan City.

This financial assistance serves as a meaningful acknowledgement of the hard work, dedication, and sacrifices made by our advanced officers, allowing them to focus entirely on their development and field effectiveness.

The CPSU – Sipalay ROTC Unit extends its heartfelt gratitude to the Philippine army and the leadership of the 6RCDG, Reserve Command, PA for their commitment to the welfare of the cadets. This generous support significantly eases daily expenses and inspires our future leaders to continue striving for excellence in service to the nation.

𝙸𝚗 𝚙𝚑𝚘𝚝𝚘𝚜 | 𝟐𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐎𝐓𝐂 𝐈𝐧𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧💂‍♀️

On January 10, 2026, the Central Philippine State University-Sipalay Campus Reserve Officer Training Corps (ROTC) Unit held its 2nd ROTC instruction.

The event kicked off with cadets and cadettes improving the school premises through a clean-up drive.

To foster camaraderie and unity, the cadets underwent basic pacing and marching training at Barangay Gil Montilla Covered Court.

After the training, the ROTC students returned to the school premises and nominated their class officers and had been recognized after the nomination.

The program concluded with guidance from Staff Sergeant Jeonilo B. Orbigoso PA (Res) and the ROTC officers.
