We celebrate a woman who embodies strength, leadership, and purpose. As a Sales Engineer, Insurance Agent, Businesswoman, and Volunteer, she continues to break barriers and inspire others through her dedication and resilience. Beyond her professional achievements, she also serves as a Deputy Regional Officer of the Climate Change Commission, contributing to initiatives that promote environmental sustainability and community development.

Her journey reflects what it truly means to be an empowered woman—someone who leads with courage, uplifts others, and creates meaningful impact in both business and society. She stands as a reminder that women can excel in multiple roles while driving positive change for the future.

As we celebrate Women’s Month, we proudly honor the inspiring women behind our mission in Project Rose.

One of them is our dedicated All About Women Project Director, Ms. Charmae Alayan. Through her passion for service, she generously volunteers her time and knowledge to guide and empower the women in our community. She shares practical skills that women can apply in their everyday lives—always emphasizing the importance of confidence, self-care, and self-worth.

Her guidance reminds us that empowerment starts from within. When a woman learns to believe in herself, she becomes stronger not only for her family but also for her community.

At Project Rose, we celebrate women who uplift other women—leaders who choose to serve, inspire, and create spaces where every woman can grow with confidence and dignity.

Closing the month-long celebration of Project Rose’s 5th year with a new beginning: officially enrolling in baking school. 🌹

This milestone is not just personal. It is part of a bigger purpose.

Over the past month, we have quietly celebrated the success of our core programs in financial literacy, engineering, and livelihood, along with our ongoing initiatives for women and children. Each one reflects our mission to uplift, educate, and empower lives with dignity and compassion.

Now I am taking the next step by investing in my own learning so I can give back even more.
Soon, I will be teaching our Project Rose beneficiaries how to make their own survival bread, daily bread, or even create new income opportunities through baking. All offered freely, with heart.

At Project Rose, we believe that sharing skills is just as meaningful as sharing meals.👩🏻‍🍳
