📢 Important Clarification on Reservation Policy
To our valued guests and future clients,
We want to take a moment to clarify how our reservation process at The Praia works, especially in light of recent feedback we’ve received.
At The Praia, all date requests are initially pencil booked as a temporary record of interest. A reservation is only considered confirmed once a downpayment has been made. Until payment is received, the date remains open and may still be reserved by another party.
While we do our best to notify clients if a previously requested date gets confirmed by someone else, please note that courtesy notifications are not guaranteed and are not required as part of the pencil booking process.
We understand how important your events are, and we know how much time and effort goes into planning them. For this reason, we strongly recommend settling the downpayment as soon as possible to fully secure your date.
For the past 7 years, we have proudly served countless guests and events with professionalism, fairness, and care... and we remain committed to upholding that standard in every interaction.
